Reform refers to larger scale partnerships in which the main goal is to develop a local education system, or parts of it. It is intended for school owners and decision makers who are willing to partially or fully implement a Finnish educational system in their own institutions, either in the form of conversion of an existing school or building up a system from scratch. The key in this service is in co-creation, cooperation and exchange of know how. Exporting Finnish educational system as whole without analyzing the many parameters and system of a country and its key points such as, social, economical, cultural, educational success criterias etc. is not feasible. We know it is not possible to export the Finnish education system as itself, therefore, we have a very thorough analysis report as the initial phase of our services. We work together with our clients in the reform process by providing the suitable elements of our education system. This service includes physical requirements of space as well as training of staff. The extent and duration of the services required to obtain the licence are determined after assessment and analysis of the target institution. Duration of this service is 1-2 years of collaboration processes.
